Cloud computing call center launched in Guiyang

Under the joint efforts of Infobird Cloud Computing Company and Guizhou University of Finance and Economics, the Cloud Computing Call Center launched in Guiyang, capital city of Guizhou province, on May 25 and started to offer call center outsourcing services.
The center is an informative service platform integrating the function of phones, mobile phones, online services, and e-mails. It relies on CTI and cloud computing technology.
Additionally, the center has important access to data collections, cleaning and generation of interactive data, and it will be widely applied in the modern service industries, such as customer service, and customer satisfaction poll.
In November 2013, the Infobird Cloud Computing Company was introduced to the Nanming district of Guiyang city as the first company coming from the Zhongguancun Science Park.
Later, the Infobird Cloud Computing Company and Guizhou University of Finance and Economics reached an agreement establishing the cloud computing call center.
In March 2014, more than 170 students from Guizhou University of Finance and Economics began to accept training on strategies for telephone operators
Wu Yiming, the CEO of Infobird Cloud Computing Company, said that current success has proved that Guizhou is enable to provide call center services to clients around the world.
