The aluminum processing base in Baiyun district of Guiyang city, Guizhou province, recently got 5 million yuan ($811,500) in financial support from the Guizhou provincial government.

The action has quickened the process of the aluminum processing base's infrastructure construction. At the same time, the funds can also guarantee that processing equipment meets environmental standards.

The aluminum processing base began its construction in 2011. It mainly relies on Chalco Guizhou Branch and Guizhou Aluminum Factory to extend the aluminum industrial chains and attract companies to invest here.

It plans to develop the aluminum base into a provincial-level demonstration area within three years.

Currently, in conjunction with phase-one infrastructure construction, 15 companies, including Guizhou Herun and Jinfei Group, have settled their branch factory in the base. Phase-two construction is in process.
