On the sixth floor of Kempinski Guiyang Hotel, we stepped into the Paulaner Brauhaus where we smelt the strong malt flavor as in a mini brewery.

We saw some foreign guests chatting and drinking at the bar counter, where they said the table football game and live show attracted them the most.

Paul E. Copen, from the US, has worked as an English teacher in Guiyang for half a year.

"I come over when I have time because I feel at home here," said Paul.
