An expert review session was held in Guiyang on August 17 to pick the top 10 events in Guizhou's tea industry. Experts from the Guizhou Provincial Green Tea Development Association and the Tea Culture Research Society will look over many projects to determine the top 10 ancient tea villages, the top 10 tea events and the top 10 articles about the tea industry.

Experts will also rate the top 10 leading tea companies, top 10 domestic companies, top 10 foreign-invested businesses and top 10 tea travel destinations. The whole rating process will be notarized by the local notary office. Expert ratings will be sealed at the office and compiled with the public votes to determine the final score. The selected candidates will be in the public eye for supervision.

The awards ceremony will be held on August 22 at the 2014 China-Guiyang International Featured Commodity Fair of Agricultural Products and Green Tea Expo.
