Chen Min'er, Deputy Secretary of Guizhou Provincial CPC Committee and Governor of Guizhou, met with Xu Guanju, vice-chairman of the All-China Federation of Industry & Commerce and chairman of Transfer Group, and signed a cooperation agreement on the afternoon of September 26.

Chen welcomed Xu's visit, saying "Guizhou has its geographical advantages, with convenient transportation, a gathering of human resources, information and capital. Currently, Guizhou is developing its logistics industry, by attracting leading logistics companies, building more logistics nodes and innovating new logistics methods. All this change cannot live without advanced information technology and supply chain management techniques."

The Guizhou government will give full support to the Transfer Group's projects in Guizhou and I hope the cooperation between the two parties will achieve great success," Chen added.

Xu briefed the Transfer Group's intelligent highway networks project in Guizhou and looked to future construction plans there. He said "Guizhou province has great potential for the logistics business, as it has geographical advantages and a convenient transportation network. We will work with Guizhou to build a southwest logistics center in the near future."
