Guizhou Cooking Competition attracts top chefs

The third Guizhou Cooking Competition opened in the International Conference Center of Guizhou Restaurant. Many top chefs of Guizhou province participated in the event.

Audiences were surprised by the top chefs' cooking skills. The chefs competed in six sections: hot dishes, pastry, cold dishes, food carving craft, hot pot and services. Judging was based not only on taste, but also on appearance.
The competition is organized by the Guizhou Provincial Commerce Department, Guizhou Province Federation of Trade Union, Guizhou Provincial Education Department and Guizhou Provincial Tourism Bureau.
The competition is a very good opportunity to carry forward Guizhou's catering culture.
