Guiyang city, southwest China's Guizhou province, and Chaoyang district, Beijing city, began building cooperative relations since last September because of the opportunity of Guizhou-Beijing regional cooperation.

Since last September, the two parties have been conducting cooperation in many aspects, such as industrial development, talent training and social undertaking.

As for cooperation in industrial development, Chaoyang district has organized delegates from Beijing Yeshi Enterprise Group Co, Antonoil Corporation, Beijing JAG Co, European Union Chamber of Commerce in China, Swiss Chamber of Commerce in China and Israel Chamber of Commerce in China to conduct a field trip in Guiyang.

Also, the Chaoyang district government has enabled Caihe International Group and Angelcrunch to settle branches in Guiyang with a total investment of 7.54 billion yuan ($1.23 billion).

The two parties are also making efforts to support talent training, including setting up a talent exchange program. Guiyang will regularly send people to Beijing for training.

The two parties also set up an exchange and training mechanism in the aspects of medicine, sports and education.
