Guizhou delegation participating in the national legislative meeting held the first conference in Beijing on March 3. The conference was presided by secretary of Guizhou Provincial CPC Committee, Zhao Kezhi.

Zhao was elected as the head of the delegation, Chen Min'er, Long Chaoyun, Zhang Qunshan, Lu Zhiming were deputy chiefs

According to Zhao, Third Session of the 12th National People's Congress is an important congress to deepen all-around reform. Represents should be responsible for the people and the nation and cater to the requirements of the people.

In the end, Zhao said that every NPC member should obey the Eight Rules of Political Bureau of the Central Committee, try to show the good image of Guizhou to the world, and show the passion of Guizhou to build a well-off society.
