Ding also said that, in the first half year of 2015, she'll do more training and have a stronger body for the championships in August and hopes that more Chinese athletes can win in the cross country competition.
This was an important race because it was the IAAF World Cross Country Championships' first time in China and the second time in Asia after the 2006 championships in Fukuoka, Japan. The IAAF World Championships for 2015 will be held in Bejing.
Some Chinese companies, such as Sinolube, are putting a lot into promoting sports and the IAAF World Championships, and it has been named the official lubricant of the IAAF and has plans to arrange more staff to help support the athletes at Beijing's Bird's Nest stadium this year.
