The 2015 China (Guiyang) International Agricultural Product Trade Fair is set to open in the city of Guiyang, Guizhou province, on August 21, to promote the local fruits and vegetables, livestock products, and processed foods and others from across the nation.

The theme of the fair, which runs August 21 – 23, is "Colorful Guiyang---distinct products from among the mountains", according to a provincial news conference, where it was also announced that it already has 733 Chinese companies with thousands of products registered, with 39 from other regions such as Taiwan and Macao or other countries, such as Malaysia.

The fair expects to attract 74 companies and at least 600 agricultural organizations from Guizhou and more than 300 buyers from home and abroad.
