Hilton Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of a cooperation agreement, in the city of Guiyang, Guizhou province, on Oct 30, with the Guizhou Hantang Hotel Management Group to bring the province its first Hilton Hotel at a cost of million dollars and an estimated opening date of June 2016.

The new hotel will be in the Yunyan district of downtown Guiyang, and Guizhou Hantang officials say that Guiyang's recent growth in the exhibition, finance and big data industries has caught the attention of Fortune 500 companies and that the hotel will give a boost to the hotel business in Guizhou.
