Guiyang gets cooperation deal with India

The city of Guiyang, capital of Guizhou province has put on a show in Bangalore, India in hopes of attracting investment and personnel and reached an agreement on cooperation in that area and software outsourcing, on Dec 3.

The agreement calls for Guiyang's High-Tech Industrial Investment Co and India's Electronics and Semiconductor Association (IESA), which is located in Bangalore and has many famous information technology companies, more than 500 member companies, and 25 top startup teams, to handle the training and exchanges of personnel and communications.

The chairman of IESA said that they will visit Guiyang in the near future to increase cooperation and development of software companies in both countries. Guiyang and Bangalore Have put a lot of work into cooperation as sister cities since 2014, with the aim of greater communication, according to Chen Gang, the Guiyang Party secretary, who said at the show that Guizhou is seen as a pioneer province for China's big data strategy and will hold a similar activity this coming March, in Beijing, to attract more investment and talented personnel.
