The 3rd Confucian Academy Book Fair (CABF) will be held in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, from Aug 30 to Sept 1.

With a theme of inheriting traditional Chinese culture and celebrating the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China (PRC), CABF will hold events such as "exhibition of classics on the 70th Anniversary of the founding of PRC," "joint exhibition of local libraries," and "integrated publishing and ancient Chinese civilization publicity."

CABF will cover an area of about 5,000 square meters to hold exhibitions, new book launch ceremonies, meetings, and ancient Chinese literature reading activities, while parallel events will be held online and on TV.

Guiyang Confucian Academy opened in 2013 and has become a cultural brand in promoting traditional Chinese literature. Cooperating with famous universities, such as Peking University, Fudan University, and Zhejiang University, Confucian Academy has conducted academic research in traditional Chinese paintings, books, and customs.
