The Moutai Group and Guian New Area signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement in Guiyang on July 21.

According to the agreement, both parties will leverage their respective strengths. Moutai Group will contribute its expertise in liquor culture and industrial operation, historical heritage, logistics management, education, and healthcare.

Guian New Area will leverage its strength in the big data information industry, computing power platforms, industrial funds, and talent resources. The two sides will work together to pursue high-quality development.

The planned cooperation between the two parties will focus on seven areas: promoting investment fund projects for industrial development, exploring cooperation in liquor tourism and wellness tourism, jointly building Xunfeng Ecological Industrial Park, establishing the Xunfeng Customer Service Center, promoting logistics project cooperation, advancing collaboration with Moutai College, and pushing for cooperation in the digital economy field.

To ensure everything goes smoothly, both parties will establish regular communication and coordination mechanisms, strengthen exchanges, negotiate on major matters of mutual concern.

Moutai Group is headquartered in Maotai town, Guizhou province. Its flagship product, Guizhou Moutai liquor, is the originator and representative of the strong aroma sauce-type white liquor in China.
