Guiyang City and Gui'an New Area, Southwest China's Guizhou province, boast various winter tourist attractions. Here are some recommended destinations.

The Gaopo Genting Ski Resort is home to high-quality snow and steep slopes, as well as excellent facilities and a professional coaching team. The resort covers an area of approximately 480 mu (32 hectares) and features two primary ski slopes, two intermediate ski slopes, eight snow tubing tracks, and a snowmobile area of 3,000 square meters.

Guiyang is home to many high-quality hot springs which are easy to get to and have excellent facilities with a rich cultural heritage. Xifeng Hot Spring, situated amid mountains, valleys, and rocks, is renowned as one of the world's top three radon hot springs and one of China's eight famous springs. It offers a perfect blend of hot spring relaxation, scenic appreciation, and health benefits.
Guiyang also boasts a long history and rich cultural heritage. Its roadside concerts have earned it a reputation as a "City of Music". The free weekly music concerts held on the streets have become a signature of the city's nightlife.
Located on the banks of the Nanming River in the city center, Jiaxiu Tower has stood for more than four centuries.

The Qingyan Ancient Town, with a history of over 600 years, is one of China's most charming towns. The layout of the town features well-preserved gates, tiled roofs, and double-eave gable and hip roofs, retaining the architectural styles of the Ming (1368-1644) and Qing dynasties (1644-1911).

At the Qianling Mountain Park, visitors can see giant pandas for free, and monkeys may occasionally appear.
The Yelang Valley in Huaxi district combines mountains, forests, and caves with cultural landscapes such as ancient castles, a stone-carving park, and stone houses.
