Nature finally awoke after a long winter. Let's go for a spring outing and enjoy the blooming flowers in Guiyang City and Gui'an New Area of Southwest China's Guizhou province.

Wudang district will offer flower hiking, photography contests, spring travel photography, and flower appreciation routes and launch a series of "country walk" activities such as flower camping, cherry blossom viewing, and folk culture experiences.

Flowers in Guanshanhu Park, Baihua Lake National Wetland Park, Yueshanhu Park, and Guiyang Karst Park will be in full bloom from March to May. During flower viewing season, Guanshanhu district will hold more than 20 activities, including a music festival, a garden party, and the Baihua Lake concert, all of which revolve around cherry blossoms.

The cherry blossoms in Gui'an are expected to gradually start blooming by the end of March. The Gui'an Cherry Blossom Park is a cultivation base for flowers and seedlings in Guizhou, covering a total area of approximately 12,000 mu (800 hectares). It is a large, diverse, high-altitude, world-class cherry blossom base boasting 700,000 cherry blossom trees. It features three main scenic areas: the Fanying Cherry Blossom Square, the Xunying Cherry Blossom Square, and the Manying Cherry Blossom Garden.
