The final of the 2026 China Brewers Cup will take place in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, from July 16 to 19, gathering 40 top coffee brewing competitors. Guiyang is renowned as the "city of coffee champions", boasting over 3,000 coffee shops.

The competition comprises two segments: "Compulsory Brewing" and "Freestyle Brewing". In the former, all participants use the same batch of coffee beans, grinders, and brewing water, but they can choose their own brewing equipment. In the latter, competitors stage a creative presentation to express their ideas and concepts. These two events test the comprehensive brewing skills of the participants from multiple aspects, making it a coffee competition that combines both performance and professionalism.

The 2026 China Brewers Cup has been running for the past 11 months, touring nine cities and regions including Chengdu, Macao, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Nanjing, Pu'er, Taizhou, Lhasa, and Guiyang, bringing specialty coffee to every corner of China.
