Intl guests to share experience at Eco Forum Global Guiyang 2023

A sub-forum based on the theme of "green transformation empowering urban high-quality development" will be held on July 9 during the Eco Forum Global Guiyang 2023 in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province.

This sub-forum aims to bring together mayors, entrepreneurs, experts, scholars, and international organization leaders from across the world to engage in dialogue, share experience, and promote the practices and innovation of green transformation.

The sub-forum is hosted by Guiyang Municipal People's Government, and supported by the International Council for Local Environmental Initiatives (ICLEI).

It possesses three major characteristics: internationalization, specialization, and personalization. In addition to inviting mayors from Chinese cities, representatives from the political and business sectors of countries such as Thailand, Laos, New Zealand, Denmark, Finland, and the United States will also be invited to participate.

Guests will share their experience and practices in ecological protection, sustainable development, and other fields from an international perspective, providing valuable opinions and suggestions for high-quality urban development.

The sub-forum will invite renowned experts, scholars, and corporate leaders from both the domestic and international fields of ecological protection, green economy, and sustainable development.
