Cai Chaolin

Cai Chaolin, male, Han ethnic group, was born in July 1970. He has an on-the-job doctoral degree in management and is a CPC Party member.

He currently serves as the vice-governor of Guizhou province and is a member of the leading Party members group of the Guizhou Provincial Government.
