The 31st Beijing International Book Fair (BIBF) opened on June 18 at China National Convention Center. As a regular participant of the fair, Southwest China's Guizhou province has brought nearly 1,000 high-quality books for exhibition.

The Guizhou exhibition area spans 320 square meters and features the province's latest achievements in thematic publishing, premium publications, and integrated publishing. These include titles from the "Four Major Cultural Projects", award-winning books, bestsellers, and high-quality periodicals.

This year's Guizhou exhibition area also consists of a cultural and creative products sales zone and a Guizhou cultural tourism experience zone. These are designed to create a culturally refined, experience-oriented, and visually distinctive exhibition space, allowing visitors to indulge in a feast of books while appreciating Guizhou's charm firsthand.

Two livestreaming studios have been set up in a small cubicle to the left of the Guizhou exhibition area, enabling online readers to explore the book fair from the comfort of their homes. Throughout the fair, the province will organize multiple livestreaming events hosted by local publishers to recommend premium books to virtual visitors.

Throughout the five-day event, the Guizhou delegation will stage 18 activities, including the launch of new books, reading sessions, and signing ceremonies for copyright exports. These efforts aim to showcase the excellence of Guizhou publications and the cultural appeal of the province's diverse heritage to the world.
