Luo Qiang

Luo Qiang, male, Miao ethnic group, was born in May 1970. He has an on-the-job doctoral degree in engineering and is a CPC Party member.

He currently serves as an alternate member of the 20th CPC Central Committee, vice-governor of Guizhou province, and a member of the leading Party members group of the Guizhou Provincial Government.
