14th China (Guizhou) International Alcoholic Beverages Expo to open in Guiyang

The 14th China (Guizhou) International Alcoholic Beverages Expo will be held in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province, from Sept 9 to 13. This year, the exhibition period has been extended to five days for the benefit of exhibitors, buyers, and the general public.

Eight pavilions and exhibition areas will be set up in the Guiyang International Conference and Exhibition Center. Display areas will also be set up in the China (Guiyang) International Alcoholic Beverages Expo City Exhibition Center. The total planned exhibition area is 92,000 square meters, making it the largest among similar professional exhibitions in China.

The expo's exhibits cover alcoholic beverages such as baijiu, wines, beers, fruit wines, materials related to the entire alcohol industry chain, technologies and equipment, alcoholic derivatives, fine wine lifestyle, wine industry tourism and wine culture products.

More than 30 activities will be held both online and offline, aiming to provide an immersive experience, boost the alcoholic beverage market, and empower the development of the alcoholic beverage and related industries.

Well-known domestic baijiu companies such as Kweichow Moutai and Wuliangye have already confirmed their participation. Overseas, national groups from world-renowned wine-producing areas such as France, Spain, and Georgia will participate, while well-known wine brands or wineries such as Lafite, Margaux, and Reiff have also confirmed their participation.

The number of exhibitors is expected to exceed 1,000, with more than 20,000 exhibits. Among them, overseas exhibitors account for about 25 percent of the total, while overseas exhibits account for about 30 percent of all exhibits.
