China International Big Data Industry Expo 2026 to open in August

The China International Big Data Industry Expo 2026 is scheduled to take place from Aug 28 to 30 in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province.

Centered on computing power infrastructure, data supply, model-driven innovation, security safeguards, and smart experiences, this year's expo spans 60,000 square meters of exhibition space and brings together over 300 exhibitors.

It features specialized zones such as the guest province exhibition area, the culture-sports-tourism-commerce digital-smart integration exhibition area, and the international data exchange exhibition area.

The expo will debut China's first artificial intelligence large model marketplace tailored specifically for single-person companies. Representative enterprises will showcase their latest technological achievements for the first time, including smart-digital factories, computing power infrastructure, and security agents.

Furthermore, multiple companies and industry associations will release over 40 cutting-edge achievements in areas such as computing-electricity synergy, data circulation, and generative artificial intelligence.

The expo will also host more than 20 industry exchange activities. During the expo, the National Data Administration will roll out over 20 achievements, including regulatory frameworks, industry standards, and collections of practical case studies. In addition, seven industry innovation competitions will be held, covering tracks such as data element applications and large-model innovations.

This year's expo will partner with major enterprises such as Huawei to host more than 10 industry ecosystem events, bring together more than 100 high-growth enterprises for supply-demand matchmaking, collaborate with four specialized industrial parks for exclusive trade matchmaking sessions, and connect with more than 30 overseas enterprises for multiple cross-border matchmaking events.
