The 15th China (Guizhou) International Alcoholic Beverages Expo (CIAEXPO) will be held from Sept 11 to 13 in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province. For the first time, this year's expo offers free admission to the public, bringing together thousands of high-quality exhibitors from worldwide.

The event will also feature a 5,000-square-meter food market with 50 standardized booths. Designed around nighttime consumption and the tipsy economy, the market will combine local baijiu with classic snacks, offering a fresh, trend-forward nightlife atmosphere.

Alongside the market, a lineup of themed interactive experiences will keep visitors entertained. The Guizhou Thousand-Person Small Tofu Festival will include a dedicated area where guests can enjoy free charcoal-grilled small tofu and authentic local street food flavors.

Additionally, the "Three Flavors of Guizhou" tasting event will gather top regional caterers to showcase three classic hot pot traditions: dry pots, soups, and laoguo (a traditional grill dish). Free samples will highlight Guizhou's sour, spicy, fresh, and fragrant flavors. To top it all off, a family-friendly, tiered spice challenge using local chili ingredients will offer an entertaining competition for all ages.
