The Frankfurt International Trophy 2026-CIABE Edition has been held in Guiyang, capital of Southwest China's Guizhou province. This marks its first official collaboration with China (Guizhou) International Alcoholic Beverages Expo, as well as the third consecutive year that this top-tier international competition has been held in China.

The two sides expect to deeply integrate platforms and resources, helping participating wines and spirits make their voices heard and building a higher-standard, broader stage for presentation and development for domestic and international liquor enterprises.

Affiliated with Europe's Armonia multinational group, with nearly 40 years of experience organizing competitions, the Frankfurt International Trophy is Germany's largest wine and spirits competition and one of Europe's most authoritative wine selections.

The competition spans 49 countries and regions, gathering 50,000 wine and spirits samples and 400 international judges annually, enjoying a high reputation in the global alcoholic beverage industry and consumer market.

The competition's jury comprises renowned wine merchants, wine experts, sommeliers, and wine enthusiasts from around the world. All entries undergo blind tasting, where judges conduct professional sensory evaluations based on four major dimensions: appearance, aroma, taste, and overall harmony. Its award-winning logo holds high market recognition on European supermarket shelves and in wine merchant purchase orders.
