Guizhou to host terraced field concert on National Day

The Douyin Sunset Chorus Party (National Day Special) is scheduled for Oct 1 at terraced fields in Shexiang Ancient Town, Bijie, Southwest China's Guizhou province.

At the event, the audience can sing along with Chinese pop singer Zhou Shen, lead vocalists from the China Opera House, Douyin creators, and more, as music drifts across the mountains and valleys for a choral feast.

Admission tickets for this event went live on Sept 21 at 10 am on the WeChat mini-program "Guizhou Dadi Zhiwen Yinyuehui" (Guizhou Fingerprint of the Earth Concert). Tickets are free to reserve, but availability is limited and reservations will close once capacity is reached.

To create a safer, more comfortable environment for everyone attending, Shexiang Ancient Town has given its landscape a major upgrade. New restrooms, medical stations, and service stations have been installed, and pathways and steps have been repaired and widened. Enhanced audio and stage setups are also in place, ensuring the scenic spot is ready to welcome visitors with an all-new experience.
