Southwest China's Guizhou province recently designed and released 12 tourism routes to showcase China's achievements under the guidance of the Communist Party of China (CPC).

The 12 tourism routes cover scenic spots related to CPC history, the revolutionary memorial museum and patriotism education centers, and are divided into three categories.

The tourism routes related to CPC history connect locations where historic events took place, including Zunyi city, Chishui city and Xifeng county. In these areas, visitors can experience the spirits of the Long March, the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, reform and innovation, as well as the anti-poverty campaign.

The tourism tours related to China's progress include two routes, allowing tourists to visit Zunyi city, Zhangjiang National Scenic Area in Libo county, Fanjing Mountain in Tongren city, the Five-hundred-meter Aperture Spherical Radio Telescope in Pingtang county and Xijiang One-thousand-household Miao Village in Leishan county.

The remaining tourism routes bring visitors to Guizhou's largest villages inhabited by the Sui, Dong and Miao ethnic groups. Tourists can visit Danzhai Wanda Village, which is a poverty-alleviation demonstration project in Guizhou, and enjoy delicious food during the trip.

The tourism routes range from one-day tours to four-day tours with detailed introductions to each site. Visitors can also learn about the CPC's history while enjoying Guizhou's natural resources, ethnic cultures, countryside scenery and high-tech achievements.
