At the 28th Beijing International Book Fair (BIBF) held in Beijing on Sept 14-18, Southwest China's Guizhou province sent its main publisher and more than 400 varieties of books and nine magazines to participate.

The books are about Guizhou's culture and ethnic groups, mountains, neo-Confucianism, the Party's history, and early infrastructure construction in West China.

There are also books telling the story of Guizhou's economic and industrial development, as well as its achievements in the big data industry and rural revitalization, and its contributions to the Belt and Road Initiative.

Guizhou also arranged forums, promotional meetings, and signing ceremonies, inviting experts to discuss book writing and cultural revitalization, showcasing its strength in publishing to the world and attracting investment to the publishing industry.

BIBF is held both online and offline, inviting 2,200 exhibitors from 105 countries and areas to present more than 300,000 varieties of the latest books. Pakistan is the guest of honor.
