Guizhou's Zunyi completes second round of nucleic acid testing

Southwest China's Guizhou province reported no locally transmitted COVID-19 cases, asymptomatic cases or suspected cases on Oct 27, according to the Guizhou Health Commission.

By 24:00 on Oct 27, Guizhou had 11 confirmed cases under treatment and one asymptomatic case, all reported in the city of Zunyi.

Zunyi completed its second round of nucleic acid testing for people in Honghuagang district, Huichuan district, Bozhou district and Xinpu New Area on Oct 26.

The second round of testing took samples from 1.68 million people, and all test results were negative. The third round of testing started on Oct 27 and is currently underway.
