Guizhou Ganxi Bridge opens to traffic

Ganxi Bridge in Guiding county, Southwest China's Guizhou province opens to traffic on Dec 28. It has the longest span of any bridge of its kind in the world. [Photo/ddcpc website]

The bridge is located along the Guiyang-Huangping Expressway and is 1,220 meters long. It cuts the travel time between Xinba town and Guiding county from 1 hour to around 15 minutes. [Photo/ddcpc website]
