Guizhou bridge wins National Quality Engineering Award

The Daxiaojing Bridge in Luodian county, Southwest China's Guizhou province, was recently granted the National Quality Engineering Award by the China Association of Construction Enterprise Management.

The National Quality Engineering Award was established in 1981 and is highly esteemed by the State Council.

The bridge, located in the Daxiaojing scenic spot, is 1,501 meters long with a main arch spanning 450 meters. It is also a part of the Pingtang-Luodian Expressway, and provides convenient transportation in southern Guizhou while also helping to accelerate the vitalization of extremely poor rocky desertification areas in Yunnan, Guangxi and Guizhou.
