Guizhou's NPC deputies set out to Beijing

Guizhou's deputies to the National People's Congress (NPC) departed to Beijing on March 3 to attend this year's annual session, which will open on March 5.

The deputies have carried out field trips and prepared motions to submit at the session. Yang Sanke, general manager of Guizhou Phosphate Chemical Group and an NPC deputy, will push to accelerate the high-quality development of the phosphorus industry.

In Yang's research report, he recorded his thoughts on the development of the new energy battery and new materials industries. Yang also detailed the comprehensive utilization of phosphogypsum resources.

Qiu Ninghong, professor at Zunyi Vocational and Technical College and an NPC deputy, will advocate for a vocational education and public training base at the session.

Another NPC deputy, Yang Changqin, who is a provincial intangible cultural inheritor of bamboo weaving, will make suggestions on the development of the bamboo weaving industry and rural vitalization at the session.
