Yin Hengbin, a deputy to the National People's Congress and mayor of Anshun, Southwest China's Guizhou province, participated in an interview during the national two sessions on March 8.

According to Yin, Anshun will achieve high-quality development by promoting the construction of Guizhou aviation industry city, and creating a world-class tourist destination in the future.

As a national excellent tourism city, Anshun is believed to have unique tourism resources, such as the Huangguoshu Waterfall, one of China's largest waterfalls; Longgong Cave, China's most beautiful limestone cave; and the steep Huajiang Grand Canyon.

Anshun's average temperature in summer is 21 C, and it has more than eight months of comfortable weather throughout the year. It is also one of the areas with the least ultraviolet radiation in China, making it ideal for vacations and recreational activities.

Anshun has a rich cultural heritage, such as the Chuandong hominid site, abstruse Hongya writings, and the 600-year-old Tunbao culture.

The construction of Guizhou aviation industry city is another way to promote high-quality development. Yin introduced that Anshun has a solid industrial foundation, supporting policies, and unique geographical advantages.

Anshun will focus on developing trends in the aviation industry, providing industrial infrastructure, optimizing its industrial ecosystem, and creating an industrial cluster by integrating its primary, secondary and tertiary industries, according to Yin.
