Guo Xiwen

Guo Xiwen, male, Han ethnic group, was born in January, 1968. He has master's degrees in both economics and business administration.

He is a CPC member and currently serves as a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Guizhou Provincial Committee. He is also the secretary-general of the CPC Guizhou Provincial Committee.
