The 9th China-Eurasia Expo, held from June 25 to 29 in Urumqi, Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region, featured 20 enterprises from Guizhou province in Southwest China, with the province's pavilion spanning 192 square meters and showcasing baijiu, tea, food, traditional Chinese medicine, musical instruments, and Guizhou-made smart manufacturing.
The smart manufacturing area highlighted home-grown, independently developed smart equipment, such as robotic dogs and drones, underscoring the province's transformation driven by technological empowerment and innovation.
The baijiu area featured Moutai Group's baijiu, reflecting the deep brand heritage of Guizhou's baijiu industry.
The tea area brought together celebrated local varieties such as Meitan Cuiya, Duyun Maojian, and Zunyihong, offering visitors the fresh, sweet characteristics of high-altitude, ecological teas.
The flavors area gathered agricultural specialties, including chili products, sour soup, and cili (Roxburgh rose) products, demonstrating the province's commitment to eco-friendly quality.
The traditional Chinese medicine area focused on wellness products derived from culinary-medicinal plants and ethnic medicine, spotlighting the natural advantages of Guizhou's medicinal flora.
The musical instruments area spotlighted guitars from Zheng'an International Guitar Industrial Park, showcasing the charm of the region known as the "Hometown of Guitars in China".
This year's expo covered approximately 140,000 square meters and attracted participants from 49 countries, regions, and international organizations, with 27 countries and regions setting up independent national pavilions.
